Dr. Shannon Cleverley-Thompson is passionate about providing leadership coaching and consulting that demonstrates measurable and positive changes in leadership behavior and organizational outcomes. She believes that if she is not learning then she isn’t leading. Dr. Cleverley-Thompson has shown to be a resilient, authentic and transformational leader based on her work with clients and her academic and administrative work in higher education and non-profit administration.
