Leadership coaching at CCC is designed for emerging or mid-manager leaders that are seeking to improve their leadership performance, gain greater clarity in their professional career goals, and be willing to engage in the path to self-discovery. Many clients come to CCC after being promoted into a new leadership role, considering a job or career change, or just starting out on their leadership journey. We will engage in the CCC Leadership Path to co-create goals and a shared plan of action to support your success. We will continue to assess your progress and adapt goals.
